"I am a tutor who is more passionate about my work than anything in my life because it gives me a valuable necessary purpose in this life. I serve as a tutor for students of all ages in all subjects & have gratefully done so for over 15 years!  The students I've worked with started who came to me with a wide range of average grades, B-F.  I have never failed to bring all of my student's grades up to a B average & I have worked with students with zero disabilities & students with some or all learning/psychological disabilities imaginable & my success rates vary minimally. I was originally introduced to tutoring because I love Math & have always excelled in the subject. As the years passed & my number of students soared, I found myself tutoring in all subjects.  I have continued this profession due to how overwhelmingly rewarding it is to see my students evolve in areas I never conceived possible, & to experience my students' excitement & gratitude, initially for raising their grades, & later for my help in teaching them how intelligent & successful they always had been. Each & every one of my students graduates from working together knowing their own individual ability to succeed & excel in anything they put their minds & hearts into, having learned the valuable secret ingredients of determination & perseverance. Over the years I began to see a pattern in my students: low self-esteem, disbelief that they were capable of improvement, & undeniable abandonment of even trying due to the previous 2 characteristics. As time passes with each & every one of my students a new pattern consistently emerges increased self-esteem, confidence in their ability to improve, & miraculous transformation in their academic success due to their understanding of their vast capabilities. With the positive transformations come lifelong feedback & communication of their inspiring achievements in life that they attribute to my teaching them to believe in themselves against all odds & despite any & every obstacle life throws their way. I serve as a reminder of the resilience we as human beings all possess within but for different reasons lost touch with along life's trials."
